Refund policy


All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Due to the one-of-a-kind and archival nature of our pieces, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect item was sent

  • A significant undisclosed defect was overlooked

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.

The Following Do Not Qualify for Refund:

  • Fit issues

  • Personal preference

  • Minor vintage wear

  • Color variation

  • Failure to review measurements

  • Delayed shipping

  • Customs duties or import taxes

  • Refusal to pay customs charges

  • Unclaimed or refused shipments

Failure to collect a shipment does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

If an exception is approved, resolution will be determined at our sole discretion (partial refund, store credit, or return authorization).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
