This website is operated by Kaya Tyul, operating under the name Poussière (“Poussière”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Business

Poussière is an independent, curator-led archive of vintage and second-hand clothing, shoes, and accessories. All items are individually sourced and sold as single, one-of-a-kind pieces unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee restocks or repeat availability.

2. Product Condition & Representation

All items are vintage or second-hand unless clearly stated otherwise. By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor signs of wear consistent with age may be present, vintage sizing differs from modern sizing standards, measurements are provided as guidance and not guarantees, and colors may vary due to lighting and screen differences.

All items are sold strictly as-is. No warranties, express or implied, are provided. Subjective dissatisfaction regarding fit, comfort, styling, or personal preference does not constitute a defect.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or high-risk transactions. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. In exceptional cases, requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

4. Post-Delivery Responsibility

Once an item is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, full responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including but not limited to fabric stress or seam strain, improper cleaning or storage, or wear-related deterioration. Vintage garments require careful handling and are not guaranteed for everyday heavy use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photography, styling, visual identity, written content, layout, and design, is the exclusive property of Kaya Tyul operating as Poussière. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale use of imagery, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poussière shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
