Shipping policy

Poussière is an independent, one-person studio.  
All sourcing, photography, styling, packing, and fulfillment are handled personally.

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days unless otherwise stated.

All shipments include tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers fully to the buyer, including cases of theft or loss after delivery.

We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays  
• Customs delays  
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery  
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout  
• Packages not collected  

If a package is returned due to customer inaction, re-shipment fees will apply.
